I've actually been impressed with some other liquid liners recently, but this OG waterproof formula from Stila will always be my number one. I come back to it again and again (and again and again). I usually go with black, but I'm throwing Midnight, Intense Smoky Quartz, and Dark Brown into my cart. 

Here's a trade secret no one ever talks about. (Or maybe I'm just the only one who's tried enough primers to know.) But Tarte makes the absolute best primers if you're after a smooth, practically pore-less finish. Usually, I go for its hydrating formula, but with warmer temperatures looming, this mattifying pick is the way to go right now.
