20 Chic Outfit Ideas From Copenhagen's Coolest Street Style Girls
We sort of guessed that Copenhagen Fashion Week would be an epicentre of Scandi-cool fashion, what with bloggers like Pernille Teisbaek and Trine Kjær being some of the land’s finest natives. And we were right: Denmark’s most stylish ladies have delivered, which is especially impressive given the weather factor (it’s raining a lot in Copenhagen right now), which has seen them battle rain-soaked streets and inside-out umbrellas. But it seems the fashion girls checked the forecast before planning their looks, which on the whole seem weather-appropriate: Think wipe-clean vinyl, oversized outerwear and TONS of checks. Click through the gallery for the best street style looks of Copenhagen so far.
Style blogger Pernille Teisbaek’s huge fluffy coat cheered up the damp scenes in Copenhagen.
These two ladies brought a much-needed hit of colour to the wet pavements. Note Burberry’s Tartan Laminated Trench, which was keeping Thora Valdimars, fashion director of Costume, nice and dry.
Blue needn't make us feel blue, as proved by these ladies who layered contrasting shades of the colour.
Here, a preppy checked raincoat is given a bold spin with some bright red trousers.
Valdimars wasn’t taking any chances wearing a ankle-length MUF10 trench coat with a crochet bucket bag.
Sheltering from the rain, this stylish lady expertly stuck to an allover palette of cream.
Linked arm in arm, Copenhagen’s fashion elite were ready for business (rain or shine).
We love this green-velvet suit paired with a polka-dot blouse, a patterned neck-tie and Converse.

Sense the theme here? Jeanette Madsen wears a checked MUF10 coat with a pair of wet-look trousers.
If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that you can’t go wrong with a trouser suit and Gucci loafers.
Monochrome advocate Celine Aagaard struck true to form in a white blazer and black Céline cowboy boots.
This cardigan-sofa throw-hybrid has hygge written all over it.
High-waisted tailored trousers seem to be another huge trend this show season, worn here with a matching camel coat and an Acne Studios scarf.
We love a good mix of streetwear and tailoring. A Thrasher hoodie with fuchsia Anne Vest trousers? Yes, please.
Veronika Heilbrunner cosies up in a Miu Miu jacket.
We applaud this take on wet-weather dressing by Emili Sindlev, who rocked a plastic bucket hat.
This must surely be a hot contender for best Copenhagen street style look? Tine Andrea wears a sheerling-lined coat with Vetements’ iconic highlighter-heel boots and a green bucket bag. Awesome.
We’re seriously into these By Malene Birger high-waisted trousers.
You can’t go wrong with a hoodie worn under a huge fur coat and jeans. Snug and chic.
