If I had to choose one affordable makeup brand to rule them all, I'd pick ColourPop in a heartbeat. There, I said it. Basically, this palette full of buttery matte shades is the palette of dreams for me. I like a mix of both matte and shimmer eye shadows and each of the hues in this mix complements each other so perfectly.
