I say tricky because they're notoriously one of the more controversial shoe trends to arise. The slip-on-and-go sandals are an easy, no-fuss choice for summer, but when it comes to wearing them away from the beach, we're at a loss for ideas. That's where Crawford comes in. While out in NYC, she gave us the answer to our flip-flop quandaries by styling some simple tan thongs with a belted shirtdress, suede tote bag, and tortoiseshell sunglasses.
