Christine Centenera has answered our fashion prayers. The fashion director of Vogue Australia, and one of our forever style muses has launched a clothing line with her partner Josh Goot, Wardrobe NYC. The brand is designed for modern urban life—consisting of in-season high-quality basics for men and women, to help you build a cohesively styled wardrobe, priced without retail margins.

The full collection features 16 pieces (eight for men, eight for women), to form an ideal staple wardrobe. Centenera is often spotted in the classics. A well-tailored blazer. Sleek black pants. The perfect tee. What she aims to do, is bring a solution for people who just don't have time to curate a wardrobe. Explaining to NY Times, "Being authoritative is our way of providing a solution for people. I think that is a huge solution for people to get on with our lives and not having to be so challenged by what and how to put things together".

The collection is sold as a "wardrobe". You can shop either a four piece, or eight piece collection. Unfortunately you can't shop items individually, but the good news, as reported by NY Times, is there'll be updated collections each season. So once you're sorted with the basics, you can continue to build your wardrobe with elevated trend-driven pieces, without blatant logos and over-the-top design.

Head over to Wardrobe NYC to shop and view the collection.
