Recently, Sevigny braved the crazy-cold temperatures last week in New York City, wearing a lush winter look comprised of navy tuxedo-striped trousers, a fluffy black coat, and a playful bag. And while mixing black and blue is not breaking any fashion rules, it can be challenging to pull off.
