I am currently writing this story from an NYC coffee shop where I frantically ran to after experiencing a subway car that had a broken AC. The feeling of being stuffed into a confined, cramped, and underground subway car when it's 80 degrees outside with 100% humidity is something I'd rather not have to experience again. The entire time I was in the car, instead of thinking about how hot I was, I was stressed about my sweat ruining one of my favorite skirts. Priorities right?

When the weather gets insane during the summer months, leaving you feeling like you need to take multiple showers per day, wearing some of your "cheaper" clothes isn't the worst idea. This way, you can run around town without having to worry about sweating through and ruining one of your favorite dresses, which in turn, is probably one less thing to sweat about. Ahead I pulled together 20 cheap summer dresses for you to shop and wear on those days where you really just can't. So the next time the temperature rises in wherever it is that you are, you'll have a cheap summer dress you honestly don't care what happens to.

Next up, shop the sneaker trend that everyone will be wearing come fall.
