Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and Rihanna Are All Over This One Winter Trend

We're deep into December, so the pea coats, furry jackets, and puffers have all been resurfaced from the depths of our closets. And while many fashion folk are sticking to the more classic and minimal outerwear options, celebrities like Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Rihanna are taking the more flashy route. Jenner wore a furry statement coat from Balenciaga (paired with bug-eyed sunglasses—another statement!) earlier this week in Aspen. Bieber kept the theme going upon her return to LA with a voluminous coat from Ferragamo, and Rihanna pulled out all the stops with punchy-colored outerwear from The Attico for her latest Fenty x Puma event.

Quiet luxury has been the ongoing theme of 2023, so it was refreshing to see the return of maximalist dressing within the celebrity street-style scene. After all, life's all about balance.
