7 Ways Celebrities Are Styling 2020's Most Important Accessory

While no one could have ever predicted it, one of the most important accessories of 2020 has undoubtedly become the face mask. Now mandatory in stores and on public transport, "wallet, keys, phone, facemask" is the new mantra we say to ourselves each day before leaving the house.

The item has become ubiquitous and is set to remain an important addition to our outfits for the foreseeable future. From Tracee Ellis Ross to Emily Ratajkowski, celebrities are, of course, also adding face masks to their daily routines and outfits when running errands or leaving the house. When it comes to styling the item, some celebs are choosing to match their looks to their masks—see Zoë Kravitz's tonal, all-black ensemble—while others are using masks as an excuse to experiment with colourful patterns, much like Katie Holmes has done below.

It is certainly not the outfit addition we expected to gain prominence this year, but since it is a necessity, we might as well embrace it. Keep scrolling to see how celebrities are styling face masks below.
