When you have no idea what to gift someone, a candle is always a good go-to. Who doesn't love a little ambiance at home? Plus, with all of the candle offerings out there, you can customize the scent and vessel based on who you're gifting it to. Easy, right?

To help take the stress out of holiday gifting, we rounded up some of our favorites, in order from the ultimate splurges to moderately priced finds to cheap but chic candles. Take your pick…

Over $100

Candles can be so damn expensive, but for good reason—they can be so luxurious and elevate any room. If you want to splurge on something big for the candle enthusiast or VIP in your life, look no further than these below.

$50 to $100

Candles can be an investment piece—I like to think of the price and burn time to justify any big purchases. At this price point of $50 to $100, you're going to find some great deals if you're using the cost-per-burn-time method.

$20 to $50

The $20 to $50 price point is a great place to be if you know you're exchanging gifts with someone but aren't exactly sure how extravagant or simple said gifts will be. You won't feel too bad if you bought a $40 candle for someone who got you a $25 coffee table book. And vice versa.

Under $20

Just because it's on the inexpensive side, doesn't mean it's going to look cheap. There are so many candles out there that won't set you back too much, but will still make thoughtful gifts.
