BTS Gave Us the Best Red Carpet Walk and 7 Days Worth of Outfit Inspo

To say the crowd at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards was excited to see BTS arrive on the red carpet is beyond an understatement. You can hear the fans screaming the K-pop group’s name from the pre–red carpet live stream and even on our Who What Wear Twitter, where there are some very passionate fans counting the moments until the group hits the stage tonight. But can we please appreciate BTS’s style for a moment? After all, very few artists ever give us a whole week’s worth of outfit inspiration at once.

V, Jungkook, Jimin, Suga, Jin, RM, and J-Hope arrived in an array of inspiring looks that got our wheels turning. There were a few classic equations in the mix like slim-fit jeans, sneakers, oxford shirts, and graphic tees worn with blazers. However, we were also totally smitten with the use of Hawaiian shirts, the return of the tailored vest-and-trouser look, and a very easy-to-replicate addition of a neckerchief that can translate to nearly any ensemble.

Since we have a fresh week about to start tomorrow, consider all of BTS’s outfits the ultimate guide for what to wear for the next seven days.

Just a reminder: When BTS hit the red carpet for last year’s BBMAs, they went for a more cohesive look. See below.
