Bridgerton season 2 may have just come out yesterday, but I already binged half of the series before I even figured out what I'm having for breakfast today. Some may call that a problem, but I'll call that an indicator of my personality. My bridal shower last year was indeed Bridgerton themed, so it's safe to say whatever the Netflix team wanted to accomplish with the series, they did it tenfolds. When the first season came out at the end of 2020, the romance, rivals, and of course, the fashion set the entire world into immediate binge mode. It also made way for an entire regency-inspired aesthetic to rise to popularity amongst the fashion set.

With the release of season 2 and summer wedding season around the corner, I've seen a wave of fashion items that fall into the royal aesthetic come into the market. Think square necks, puffy sleeves, intricate florals, and romantic silhouettes. While I wish ballgowns were a part of our everyday wardrobe, I featured a variety of modern iterations of the Bridgerton look so you can channel the aesthetic into your wardrobe easily this season. Think about what Daphne and Kate would wear if the show was set in 2022. Also, If you're attending any weddings or getting married yourself this summer, you'll find a jackpot of celebration-ready accessories, shoes, and dresses. Basically, the shopping list below is not one to miss. Lady Whistledown told me so.
