I'm on a Wellness Journey—30 Items Enriching My Daily Routine
In 2024, I promised myself I would start to get serious about wellness. I've gone full-on Pilates princess, I've been practicing staying hydrated/bringing my Stanley tumbler with me everywhere, I've been taking supplements, and I've been making sure I don't skip out on my sleep. I've even gone as far as to treat myself to the Glass Skin + Bright Eyes treatment at the spa at the Equinox Hotel. While I wish I could run to the spa every time I wanted to have a wellness moment, finding products to integrate into my daily routine seems a bit more realistic. After trying out a few new wellness items, from supplements to activewear to sleep products, I've found 30 that I'd call game changers.
Keep scrolling to see the 30 wellness products I can't recommend enough.
If you're late to the party and haven't gotten your hands on a Stanley tumbler yet, I'd start with this one.
I've tried a few anti-bloat pills, and this one is by far my favorite.
If you are serious about your sleep, let me introduce you to the brand Neom.
Splits59 is a newer brand to me, but I have to say I love it.
Any time I light this candle, it's almost impossible to be stressed.
You're not going to want to take another trip without bringing this.
I'm a huge Set Active fan. I recommend sizing up for this bra, as it tends to run small.
This is like meditation in a cup. This magnesium powder is for relaxation, brain health, and sleep.
I love a good collagen supplement.
Good flared leggings are always in my rotation.
I'm obsessed with these Lemme focus gummies. I take them on days I need a little extra focus.
The best diffuser in the game. If you don't have one, you need one.
Facegym has a cult like following for a reason.
Nécessaire shower products take your shower to a whole new level. This wash comes in unscented or eucalyptus, but I prefer the eucalyptus.
