My sneaker collection welcomed a new addition last week when I purchased some pretty blush-pink velvet Nike sneakers from Net-a-Porter. So far, my velvet garb has been limited to a black holiday wrap dress, which I adore but—let’s face it—do not get the opportunity to wear very often.
