17 Sneakers You'll See Everywhere in 6 Months
For sneaker obsessives like me, the end of fashion month is a bit of a letdown. After watching an assortment of new shoe styles make their way down the runways in Paris, New York, Milan, and London, we now have to wait. Those chunky-soled Guccis and sleek Pradas won't actually be available until fall rolls around (and even then, it's a race to snag the buzziest styles).
So even though there's no instant gratification, we can start eyeing the styles that will sit on our closet shelves soon enough. Below, I've outlined 17 of my favorite sneakers to debut this season. My tip: Start saving up for your favorites now.
These graphic sneakers feature some creative lacing details.
Leave it to Gucci to take embellishment to the next level. For fall, the Italian fashion house debuted hiking-boot style sneakers with a gem-encrusted overlay.
Love a little sparkle? How about a slip-on? Than these sneakers will be your go-to for fall.
Givenchy when dark and edgy for fall, offering up a high-top chunky soled sneaker in all black.
French label A.P.C. keeps things simple with these understated "dad" sneakers.
If you're a fan of sock sneakers, you'll want to check out (and keep tabs on) these simple, streamlined sneakers from Stella McCartney.
One part sneaker, one part snowboard binding, these shoes definitely aren't for the faint of heart (or the clumsy).
Love to mix and match colors? Meet your new favorite sneaker for fall.
Take a trip into the future with Prada's alien-like sock sneakers that come in a neon green but can also be found in a more minimal white.
A styling trick to steal from these cozy Acne sneakers? Try stepping on the heel and tying the laces around your ankle if you're really keen to mix things up.
While the streets were full of show-goers wearing the brand's signature Triple S sneaker, there's a remix (featuring two pairs of laces) to keep an eye out for fall.
Virgil Abloh continues his partnership with Nike, debuting new and notable designs on the runway in Paris.
A classic clean low-top gets new boho details for fall.
First it was sparkly sneakers, now J.W.Anderson is reimagining his partnership with Converse with these shiny multicolored high-tops.
Never one to shy from making a statement (google platform Uggs and you'll see what we mean), Christopher Kane goes for grandpa sneakers and then adds sparkles and a spring.
Worried that pink's moment in the sun was over? These sneakers suggest otherwise.
It's hard to resist a little bit of shimmer and shine, even when it comes to sneakers. These gold-soled shoes are sure to be a crowd pleaser.
