The 13 Best Shoes Worn in New York, London, Milan, and Paris
For the footwear focused, fashion month is essentially a parade of the best designer shoes on the market. Since we recently wrapped the S/S 19 season, we figured we’d do a little tour of our favorite shoe sightings across the four major cities—New York, London, Milan, and Paris. Fair warning: This is far from an affordable shoe roundup—if you’re looking to snag a pair on the cheap that is still fashion week-approved, may we direct you to $55 sneakers spotted in Paris, Stockholm, and Copenhagen or the $50 sandals spotted at six different runway shows. This roundup is dominated by Balenciaga (in fact, we’ll go ahead and name it the reigning street style shoe brand), with some Gucci and Louis Vuitton thrown in for good measure. For slightly easier-on-the-wallet picks, there are a few contemporary brands represented as well, notably Ganni and Tibi. Without further ado, scroll down for a dose of shoe eye candy, straight from the streets of fashion week.
