As I write this, it's the first day of October. I'm feeling uncharacteristically excited about summer ending, and to take advantage of the fleeting feeling, only one thing came to mind. I like to pretend that the normal shopping rules don't apply during this short-lived period. I can invest in my fall wardrobe all I want without guilt.
