I'm a Stylist—7 High-Street Brands I Always Rely on for Expensive-Looking Boots
Liv wearing COS knee-high boots.
When it comes to shoes, I know my stuff. As somewhat of an obsessive, I could tell you the best brands to buy certain pairs without even have to search for them. And while Dear Frances, Essēn and The Row (of course) are some of my favourite designers when it comes to boots, often, I find myself heading to the good ol' British high street for new season styles.
It's all about finding those expensive-looking details, shapes and colourways that scream premium from every angle. And if you track down the perfect pair, no doubt they'll elevate your outfits as much as the designer counterparts. Whether you're searching for a cowboy boot (Mango has a chic pair), a riding boot (& Other Stories have nailed the trend) or you want to snap up COS' could-be designer Acne Studios lookalike, I've put my shoe obsessive knowledge to good use to find the 21 best high street boots to add to your repertoire. But like all good things, they sellout first, so I wouldn't hang around with this lot.
Scroll down to discover the best high-street boot brands out there.
1. & Other Stories
These square-toe ankle boots are the perfect everyday pair.
I'm loving everything silver right now so my inner magpie is drawn to these.
2. COS
Over jeans or under dresses, you'll wear these on heavy rotation all season.
3. MANGO
I've been hunting for the perfect pair of Western boots...and these are it!
4. ARKET
5. MARKS AND SPENCER
The chunky heel makes them look so expensive.
Another silver boots I've taken a shine to (pun intended).
6. FREE PEOPLE
7. WHISTLES
Chunky boots are still key this season, and this khaki pair is on my to-buy list.
Chunky, comfy boots will become part of your everyday uniforms this season.
