Something Tells Me These 10 Shoes Are About to Dominate Your Fall Wardrobe
Sponsor Content Created With Clarks
Once the air starts getting crisp and the temperature dips below 70°, shoes become my number-one priority. (Outerwear is a close second.) And this year, the shoe trends are a bit shocking. Flat shoes are completely dominating, and heel heights are shrinking with each new arrival. While I'm a proud member of the Flat-Shoe Fall club, I'm looking for some fresh ways to style the Clarks shoes in my cart right now.
This timeless brand has provided comfortable, on-trend styles for decades, so I had to scroll through the site for the new season. I'm not the only one who's fully prepared to wear Clarks shoes on repeat. One of my favorite content creators, Keri Fay, has seamlessly incorporated them into her wardrobe, and I'm taking notes. She describes her everyday style as "effortless but elevated at the same time," and all it takes is a quick Instagram scroll to see the evidence of that. When I'm not saving screenshots of her looks, I'm buying the pieces she styled. If you want to see three chic looks to re-create for your evolving fall wardrobe, just keep scrolling.
"I'm wearing this look for a trip into the city for some errands. I wanted to be comfortable, so I chose some trousers, a basic tee, and a blazer to keep warm. I added this thrifted men's houndstooth blazer and draped the brown sweater to bring out the brown in the shoes! I love being able to slip this pair on. The gold embellishment and croc texture also add a fun pop. This look has many layers, which is perfect for when the temperature changes, and it has all the colors and hues that make me think of fall." — Keri Fay, content creator
"I wore this to brunch with a friend! Sometimes, I just love an oversize look. There is something so cozy about it when you don't want be in anything tight. In my opinion, cozy knits, especially cardigans, are the perfect fall staple! I love that these shoes are so versatile. They go with so many of my looks and are also super comfortable, which is a huge factor for me when buying shoes." — Fay
"This look was perfect for dinner and drinks with my husband. I chose to wear a casual base but elevated the look with this striped cardigan. The pop of the stripes makes the look appear less boring. Tweed cardigans are so nice to add on to any fall look. I am super into stripes for fall and will be wearing them on repeat! Same goes for my shoes. Loafers paired with an ankle-cut pant can make the outfit look really put-together. Since the cut is shorter than a typical pant or trouser, the shoes do not drown out. This pair is so classic and matches so many of my go-to looks. I also love the cushion footbed—it's great for walking around." — Fay
