After Using This Eye Cream for a Week, WWW's EIC Swears She Uses Less Concealer

You know that feeling you get leading up to something exciting? That happy, butterflies-in-the-stomach, can't-focus-on-anything else feeling? I find one that I'm totally giddy about, but after I use it, the feeling wears off.
