And Now, Every Glamorous Beauty Look from This Year's SAG Awards
If previous red carpet showcases from the 77th Golden Globes, the Critic's Choice Awards, and yesterday's Producer's Guild Awards have offered any insight, 2020 is going to be one for the books in terms of head-turning fashion and beauty moments. We love poring over the glossy strands and shimmering lids of our favorite A-listers, and the 2020 SAG Awards arrivals didn't disappoint in the dazzle department.
Live from Los Angeles, award season continues with the 26th SAG Awards, and we're sharing the must-see hair and makeup moments you absolutely have to witness. Keep scrolling—the best beauty looks from the 2020 SAG Awards red carpet are just ahead, and you're going to want to screenshot each and every slide.
The red carpet simply hasn't started until Michelle Williams (without fail) stuns us with yet another immaculate beauty moment. Her vampy lip and curved lob is everything.
Cynthia Erivo, we see that blue glittering eyeshadow, and we are here for it.
Qualley is officially our 1960's-inspired makeup muse. We also have eyes on her impeccably shiny locks.
Must-have beauty product: Hair Rituel by Sisley-Paris Precious Haircare Oil ($100)
Dern's skin and blown-out strands looked equally flawless on this year's SAG Awards red carpet.
Must-have beauty product: True Botanicals Renew Pure Radiance Oil ($110)
Between her glossy, crimson lipstick and that amazing braid, we're currently bowing down to Danai Gurira.
Catherine Zeta-Jones looks amazing. The 1940's feel of her gown paired with that voluminous half-updo is an aesthetic we want to re-create ASAP.
Old Hollywood, Lana Turner-inspired waves were basically meant for Nicole Kidman's glimmering flaxen strands. Her pop-of-pink blush and lipstick accent the classic feeling gorgeously.
Must-have beauty product: Eylure Accent No. 0003 Lashes ($5)
We. Can't. Stop. Staring. Not only are we very into this half-twist, half-pony slick-back situation Johansson has going on, we're also obsessed with her cherry-red lip and radiantly bronzed skin.
Dewy skin, glittering eyeshadow, and the prettiest of curly updos make Emmanuel's red carpet appearance one of our favorites. (She's also the only brow inspiration we'll ever need.)
Must-have beauty product: Dove Style + Care Volume Mousse ($5)
We'll never tire of Aniston's signature girl-next-door-beauty aesthetic of glossy, face-framing layers, bronzed skin, and fanned-out lashes.
With her perfect pixie, immaculate arches, and feline cat-eye, Kravtiz is the ultimate modern-day Audrey Hepburn. But, dare we say...even chicer?
All of a sudden, we feel a burning desire to wear diamonds à la Theron down our part the next time we go out on the town.
Glowing, sun-kissed skin offsets Garners's mermaid-esque waves.
Is it just us, or do the singer's face-framing pieces feel very early 2000's J.Lo? We're into it.
Must-have beauty product: Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray ($28)
The Australian actress has been sweeping the red carpet scene lately with beachy waves, so this soft, swept-up style feels extra fresh. To complement, her makeup artist Pati Dubroff dusted light shades of taupe and gray on her eyelids and kept her lips a low-maintenance shade of nude.
We don't see the actress sporting a super-bright lip often, but we're applauding this vibrant makeup combination and Witherspoon's edgy, blunt-cut lob.
Must-have beauty product: Virtue The Finale Shaping Spray Hairspray ($34)
Does Big Little Lies star Kathryn Newton have the best brows in all the land? Quite possibly. But we're also mesmerized by her lush, fluttery lashline and peachy nude pout. (A perfect compliment to that dress color.)
Browning's earthy, minimal eyeshadow vibe looked gorgeous with her glossy, slicked-back strands.
Must-have beauty product: Emerge Style Goals Definition & Control Hair Gel ($7)
Found: the ultimate smokey eye look for next Friday night's festivities.
Must-have beauty product: Pat McGrath Labs Permagel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in Shade ($28)
Turquoise and red is the 2020 shade pairing we didn't know we needed until Brewer stepped onto the red carpet.
Must-have beauty product: Suave Professionals Firm Control Boosting Mousse ($3)
Um, can we just talk about this amazing hair accessory moment brought to us by the Big Little Lies star?
The actress showed off her signature buttery blonde strands along with an orange-gold lid and bright peach cheek.
Must-have beauty product: Eos Shea + Shade Tinted Lip Balm Sphere ($6)
Nyong'o's red carpet arrival is always one of the most anticipated. Not surprisingly, her metallic eyeshadow with perfectly-flicked silver eyeliner left absolutely nothing to be desired. Also, her hair. We're obsessed.
This is King *actually* smoldering on the SAG Awards red carpet. With lots of black shadow and those dramatic falsies, we love that the actress kept her complexion and lips paired down with neutral rosy hues.
Must-have beauty product: Suave Professionals Flexible Hold Hairspray ($10)
Just when we thought false eyelashes only belonged on our upper lashline, Sophie Turner arrived and proved us very, very wrong. To keep the finished look from feeling too intense, her strands are soft and the rest of her makeup is kept low-key.
Mendes kept her beauty aesthetic minimal—glowing skin, a muted berry lip, bold brows, and a sleek blowout.
Must-have beauty product: Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer Professional Edition ($450)
A slick side-part and lots (and lots) of jet-black liner was the name of Dyer's beauty game at this year's SAG Awards. We're taken with how bold the chunky black liner looks set against her pretty baby blues.
Must-have beauty product: Kosas Color & Light Crème Cream Blush & Highlighter Duo in Tropic Equinox ($34)
Always glamorous, we're super-keen on Reinhart's elegant chignon, shiny pink lips, and perfectly executed cat-eye.
Must-have beauty product: Dove Style + Care Compressed Micro Mist Hairspray ($5)

Erin has been writing a mix of beauty and wellness content for Who What Wear for over four years. Prior to that, she spent two and half years writing for Byrdie. She now calls Santa Monica home but grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and studied writing, rhetoric, and communication at University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. She studied abroad in Galway, Ireland, and spent a summer in L.A. interning with the Byrdie and Who What Wear family. After graduating from UW, she spent one year in San Francisco, where she worked as a writer for Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen before moving down to L.A. to begin her career as a beauty editor. She considers her day-to-day beauty aesthetic very low-maintenance and relies on staples like clear brow serum (from Kimiko!), Lawless's Lip Plumping Mask in Cherry Vanilla, and an eyelash curler. For special occasions or days when she's taking more meetings or has an event, she'll wear anything and everything from Charlotte Tilbury (the foundations are game-changing), some shimmer on her lids (Stila and Róen do it best), and a few coats of the best mascara-type product on earth, Surratt's Noir Lash Tint.
