If there's anyone who knows how to really make a splash on a red carpet, it's the stars of the music industry. While we hate to play favorites, it's just a fact that we'd be hard-pressed to name a step and repeat that's as consistently exciting as the one at the Grammy Awards. This year, at the 62nd annual gathering of music's brightest stars, the beauty looks were absolute fire.

Don't get us wrong: The year's previous red carpets, like those at the Golden Globes and SAG Awards, were a blast to watch, but in terms of excitement and ingenuity, the looks at the Grammys always take the cake. And with a nominee list stacked with some of our favorite beauty queens, such as Lizzo, Cardi B, Billie Eilish, Rosalía, and the one and only Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, it's really no surprise that the hair, makeup, and flawless skin inspiration were all on point.

Old Hollywood glam is always a favorite on any red carpet, so we were so pleased to see Lizzo continuing her appreciation for the vintage look. The soft curls and glowing skin are just too good.

Holliday upped the ante on the persistent glittery eye movement with this bejeweled look. It's not easy to make such a bold choice look so effortless.

JoJo gave us our first taste of an expertly executed wet-hair look tonight, and we're so into it.

Jamil showed us her take on glittery lids, and her cobalt blue iteration is a fun departure from the more subtle glam we typically see on her.

Okay then, Mr. Porter! The Pose star gave us icy lips and eyes to complete his space cowboy motif. This is a look.

We're so in love with Spalding's bouquet of hair, which is intricately accented with interwoven braids throughout.

Not to toot our own horn, but we seem to remember calling out the blunt-bob haircut trend last year, and ever since, it has reached new heights. London is the latest star to show us her version of the sleek, sophisticated cut.

We can't get enough of this larger-than-life, natural texture. Yes, hair! The lashes caught our eye, as well.

We're loving this nominee's tousled, waist-length tresses, but the part of this look we're really obsessing over is that jewel-encrusted, ultra-long manicure.
