Okay, so I'm Freaking Out Over These Under-$99 Basics From Revolve

Here at Who What Wear, we are huge fans of putting our money toward things that are cute, yes, but also toward pieces that develop a meaningful and well-rounded wardrobe. While we might push and shove the newest and coolest trends in your face, we also want you to take time to think about the building blocks of your wardrobe, starting with some of the basics. Basics can include anything from white T-shirts to a versatile pair of trousers, and thanks to Revolve, you can get any kind of basic your heart desires for under $99.
After scrolling through (I kid you not) over 45 pages of products on Revolve, I put together the below list of the items I fell hard for. Between marked-down snakeskin sandals I would wear all spring long to an under-$100 black-tie gown, I can promise you that the shopping curation below is worth freaking out over. At least I think so.
Swipe my card and lace me up. These shoes are going to come in handy this spring.
Do you need more jeans? No. But should you get these because they are versatile and cheap? Yes.
Okay, fine, I will admit it—I am addicted to teddy jackets.
These will look so chic with baggy jeans and a crisp white T-shirt.
No one at that black-tie wedding will know this dress is under $100.
Me buying this top is synonymous with me willing spring to come quickly.
Going to be copying this exact look for my next winter going-out ensemble.
Some might advise me against buying yet another pair of Vans, but these are a nonnegotiable for more reasons than one.
Maybe this is a personal problem, but my black leggings always end up disappearing, so when I find an affordable pair that is good quality, I snap them up.
I own these and get more compliments on them than you might think.
One more pair of snakeskin shoes because animal print is basically a neutral.
…and then buy these leg-elongating jeans for the perfect Canadian tuxedo.
Treating yourself to a cozy sweater is almost as nice as treating yourself to a cookie—almost.
Meet the shoes you'll wear nearly every day this spring.
Whether you wear this with trousers or sweatpants, you'll be feeling cozy while looking cute. And that's the tea.
I was too shocked by both of these affordable black-tie dresses to not include both.
This tank might seem like an unreasonable purchase right now, but come spring, you'll be thanking me.
This might not be the most basic item of the bunch, but I am arguing that vinyl pants are a must-have so there.
Last but not least, this tonal puffer is something I think every New Yorker should own.
Next up, shop the best 16 basics at Nordstrom, according to an editor who tried on 43 of them.
