Summer beauty products get all the hype on social media, and it's understandable. After all, summer is an exciting season. Before all the vacations are booked and weekend brunches are scheduled, you want to have your beauty routine sorted.

Me, though? I'm partial to fall beauty. I think of the fall season as a sort of reset. The craziness of summer has concluded, and we're back to our standard programming, which allows us to focus on ourselves and revamp our routines. Not to mention, you don't have to worry about your makeup sweating off on brisk days… Come September, I swap out sheer lip tints for bold matte lipsticks. I swap out gel moisturizers for creamy, rich ones. I even invest in new hairstyling tools since I'm not beholden to high humidity, saltwater, and chlorine.

Lucky for me, refreshing and revamping my beauty routine each fall is easy. It's surprisingly budget-friendly, too, thanks to the annual Labor Day weekend sales. I always scope out the best ones, but this year, I narrowed it down to 21 highly effective, internet-viral brands. Happy new-season shopping!
