The Arket Jumper Every Fashion Person Owns Has Just Come Back In Stock
At this point in my career in fashion, my knitwear radar is finely tuned, and I don't mean to alarm anyone, but it’s currently going off like crazy. The object of my attention is an alpaca-blend knit from ARKET that I’ve had my eye on since winter last year. Now, finally, it's been restocked in its full size range and an array of colourways. Plucking from the season’s favourite colour trends, the cosy knit is currently available in classic black, deep green, soft beige and versatile grey . Already a firm favourite with the fashion crowd, the in-demand jumper has been spotted on several of our favourite influencers this season.
Though its colour range is a big selling point, I'm personally more struck by the perfect silhouette and premium composition, both of which have me ready to incorporate this knit into my edited autumn capsule right now. Composed of an alpaca and wool blend, the crew-neck knit is naturally insulating—a saviour on a brisk early morning—and softer on the skin than sheep's wool. Alpaca wool also has a water-resistant quality that will work hard to keep you cosy and dry on a drizzly day.
Marrying a comfortable fabric with a classic cut, the jumper loosely skims the body for slightly oversized effect. Ribbed trims feature at the cuffs, neckline and hem of the jumper for a neat motif that adds structure to the slouchy silhouette.
For its endless styling options, I'm becoming more and more tempted to tap that checkout button. I'd wear this jumper with a black miniskirt and knee-high boots on a mild autumn day, or my favourite denim, a wool coat and a thick scarf when the weather calls for layers.
