These Anne Hathaway–Approved Hair Staples Are on Sale at Amazon for Black Friday
If there's one thing Anne Hathaway has down, it's being able to look effortlessly glamorous. No matter the occasion, we can always count on Hathaway to show up looking polished but not overly done up. Last week, Hathaway channeled this uncomplicated aesthetic at a special screening for her new movie, Eileen, at the Whitby in New York City.
To celebrate the release of the highly anticipated psychological thriller, Hathaway wore a '70s-inspired brown sleeveless sweaterdress with fringe. To match, celebrity hairstylist Orlando Pita styled her hair in loose, undone curls. According to Pita, the inspiration behind Hathaway's look was "70s undone glamour."
Pita also shared the step-by-step breakdown of how he styled Hathaway's hair for the event. Luckily, it couldn't be easier to try at home. The products also happen to be on sale at Amazon for Black Friday with a coupon, so it's the perfect time to try out Hathaway's look using the exact products Pita used on her.
Step one: prep
To start, Pita prepped Hathaway's wet hair with a heat protectant and a whipped styling mousse.
Step two: blow-dry
From there, Pita blow-dried Hathaway's hair with a ceramic barrel brush using a T3 blow-dryer.
Step three: add volume
After he dried Hathaway's hair, Pita added volumizing hair spray to give her hair a boost.
Step 4: pop in curls
Using a two-inch-barrel curling iron, Pita finished off Hathaway's hair with some effortless waves.
