Prediction: These & Other Stories Buys Are Going to Dominate In 2021
The one high street store that seems to read my mind every single season is & Other Stories, as it manages to perfectly tread the line between 'statement' and 'classic', creating pieces that have a point of difference, but won't quickly date in your wardrobe. This year there are five items that I'm most impressed by at & Other Stories, and am drawn towards the knitwear and outerwear sections in particular.
Like all Scandi brands right now, & Other Stories has heavily leaned into the knitted vest trend and has lots of cosy tanks that you can wear with bare arms (if you have the heating on high) or as a clever layering piece. It is also creating lots of beautiful cosy knitwear and loungewear that is more elegant than jogging bottoms, such as wool trousers and long belted cardigans. You'll feel like you're still in your pyjamas, while looking like you've got dressed properly to your colleagues on video. Other items that & Other Stories is excelling at right now includes tops with statement collars, pastel knitwear and over shirts. Keep scrolling to see the 5 items I love from & Other Stories right now.
Vest Tops
& Other Stories has so many amazing knitted vests right now, and the £55 cable knit version is my favourite.
Elevated Loungewear
& Other Stories has lots of smart loungewear options, from knitted dresses to wool belted long cardigans.
Shirt Jacket
Shirts in a heavy wool fabric have become an & Other Stories staple, and is perfect for layering under puffer coats.
Pastels
You'll find lots of pastel pinks, blues and lilacs in the new-in section right now. My favourite is the lavendar wrap cardigan.
Statement Collar
Statement collars are going nowhere for 2021, and they have officially taken over the & Other Stories homepage.
