The Summer Trends I'm Shopping for on Amazon

Let's get one thing straight: Amazon is usually not the first place I go when I'm shopping for trend pieces. If you looked at my recent Amazon orders, you'd see several for toothpaste, one for coffee filters, and another for a waterproof phone case that proved to be an excellent purchase when I found myself trying to take photos on a beach vacation. All these items amount to responsible purchases—read "boring" adult purchases.

Lately though, I've been hunting around in the e-tailer's fashion section, and I have to say that I've been pretty impressed by the cool lingerie and the solid wardrobe basics on offer. It wasn't before long that I found myself shopping for this summer's biggest trend pieces on the site. Slim cat-eye sunglasses and retro bucket hats are a-plenty—and most of them ring in at under $20.
