Why You're About to See Naked Blue Jeans on Every Major Celeb
There are certain designers that the coolest celebrities and It girls always flock to, and Adam Selman is definitely one of them. Thanks to his whimsical designs and ability to push boundaries while still creating pieces that are extremely wearable, Adam has shone bright like a diamond season after season and collaboration after collaboration. Just this week, Adam Selman dropped his fourth jaw-dropping capsule collection with Opening Ceremony. The theme: '70s-inspired denim.
Now, I say "denim" lightly, as the three pieces featured in the collection—a jacket, a pair of shorts, and jeans—feature '70s-esque embroidery on denim-blue sheer tulle. So no, these aren't your average jeans—they're Adam Selman jeans, and that makes them 10 times better. Die-hard celebrity fans of the brand include Lorde, Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, and a wide variety of models and fashion girls. Considering how successful his last few collaborations with Opening Ceremony were, we have a hunch that these new naked blue jeans will be a hit with celebrities in no time at all. I don't know, it's like we have a sixth sense or something.
Go on to see the extremely fitting campaign imagery for the Adam Selman x Opening Ceremony '70s capsule collection and to shop the featured pieces. (The jeans are our favorite, FYI.)
Next up, take a walk down memory lane as we show you all the fall outfits that were trending in the '90s.
