I've Spotted Every 2022 It Trend at Zara—Take Note of These 9
If you ever want to know what trends are currently gaining the most traction, a quick look at Zara's new arrivals will give you your answers. For many, the plethora of products, at first sight, can be a tad overwhelming. But as someone who checks the site for work on a daily basis, I've become accustomed to navigating every page with determination and focus. Among the few thousand products, I was able to pinpoint which 2022 trends the retailer is highlighting now.
While Zara caters to many trends, there's still always a select few they pivot most of their attention toward. From floral accessories to saturated statement pieces, the items below will get you ready to refresh and upgrade your closet. Even better, you'll find many picks at an under-$150 price point. I've already added a few items to my cart—keep scrolling to join in on the shopping fun.
1. Maxi Hemlines
Maxi hemlines have seen a surge of growth this year, and Zara has gotten the hint. The retailer is fully stocked up on the trend from staple satin skirts to leather and asymmetrical options.
2. Metallics
Metallics were once seen as a tacky '80s trend, but those days are gone. Now, the trend serves as an instant way to bring a fun and unique element to your look.
3. Rosettes
Rosettes were spotted in both F/W 22 and S/S 23 collections, so it's clear that the industry is putting their stamp of approval on this pretty trend.
4. Cargo Bottoms
If comfort is your priority, you need to add a pair of cargo bottoms to your closet. Zara offers a variety of options for the style, whether your preference is casual and laid back or high-end and elevated.
5. Sheer
The sheer trend can be a tad intimidating (especially when you see the runway and red carpet iterations), but Zara takes a more wearable approach.
6. Nineties Tube Dresses
Will the '90s ever be out of style? Since everything is so sleek and simple, my guess is probably not. This dress trend is the perfect choice for any occasion you have coming up on your calendar.
7. Heavy-Duty Leather
Leather items are an obvious choice for the colder months, but lately, they're getting grungier in design with additional hardware and motocross details.
8. Sporty Jackets
Even if you don't consider yourself a "sporty" girl, you can dabble in the market of racer, bomber, and varsity jackets.
9. Bright Blues
I did a 2022 color report and predicted this bright shade of cerulean (along with cobalt blue) would be big this year, and its proven to come true.
