Hilary Swank can count herself among the select few to have an Academy Award sitting somewhere at home. But, while she is an undeniably talented actress, Swank has kicked off a new endeavor, a line of performance wear she's calling Mission Statement.
On her site, Swank notes that after feeling like she couldn't find the clothes that fit her day-to-day life, she decided to design them. "I wanted the clothes to not only function well but also reflect the way I want to feel in my day to day life…to merge high-performance and high-fashion."
Along with the collection of work-to-workout staples comes Swank's own mission statement, to support and empower women in their own lives. So, whether you're looking for leggings to hit the pavement in, or a tennis-to-drinks dress is more your style, this is a line you can feel good about wearing.
