Is there anything as easygoing as a spring dress? Probably not. The universally flattering garment always comes out of my storage in March and now at the beginning of the month, I'm itching to get back into my element. While I'm practically a spring dress hoarder, there are far too many on the market I've skipped out on simply for being too much: too frilly, too floral, too frocky, or too fluffy for my liking. While I appreciate the pastel-colored chiffon dress as much as the next person, the best spring dresses are often easy, simple, and go with everything. Plus, they often serve up the best outfit inspiration.

Now that the best season is finally upon us, I've searched every corner of the internet for spring dresses everyone would approve of. From patterned floral silhouettes to universally chic baby-doll dresses, these outfits aim to please. Whether your style is minimal or quite eclectic, I have a feeling you'll find your perfect spring dress from the assortment below just as I did.
